The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Beale Street and has free parking. The breakfast area gets crowded, making it hard to find a seat in the morning. Overall, great place to stay for a visit, though.

Location is perfect for walking to Beale Street and Sun Studios. Breakfast could use more healthy options and was a bit limited. Free parking available is a huge bonus.

The suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Juanicia, who really stood out. Breakfast was decent but repetitive over four mornings. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. issues with room keys raised serious safety concerns—no ID checks when new keys were issued, and a stranger tried to enter our room. This made us feel very uneasy. Despite some great aspects, the security concerns definitely put a damper on our experience.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep with plush pillows. Temperature control was easy to adjust, keeping the room cozy throughout my stay. Noise from outside was minimal, allowing for restful nights. the remote for the TV was frustratingly unresponsive, and I resorted to using my phone instead. While the cleaning staff kept common areas tidy, my room only had the trash emptied once during my three-day stay. the room provided a pleasant atmosphere, with just a few minor inconveniences.

My name was wrong on the reservation, and it took forever to sort out. The receptionist was confused, and even with my confirmation number, it felt like I was stuck in a loop! So frustrating!

The location is perfect! Just a short walk to Beale Street but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. My room was spacious with a cozy bed, and the staff truly made me feel at home with their friendly service. I loved the lobby area - perfect for lounging and gathering!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds with a great location that allowed easy access to explore the city and a 24-hour reception for any late check-in needs.
Cannot find any fault.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, and quick check-in. Breakfast had a solid spread: eggs, pancakes, and good coffee.
It wasn't exactly a budget option, but still fair.

La Quinta By Wyndham Memphis Downtown is ideally situated just a short walk from downtown and Beale Street, making it easy to experience the city's vibrant nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a reliable base for our adventures, plus free parking was a nice bonus!

During my stay, I appreciated how everything was just a short walk away; we were only a block from the lively Beale Street and just a few minutes stroll from attractions like the Orpheum Theatre and the Blues Hall of Fame, making it easy to soak in the vibrant local culture and enjoy live music without the hassle of driving. The staff was friendly and the hotel had spacious, clean rooms with good wifi, and even included free parking, which was a huge plus given the busy area. However, the breakfast could have been a bit more exciting, but overall, I had a very nice experience.

The hotel offered clean, comfortable rooms and a kind staff. Access to laundry and the indoor pool were definite perks. The patio provided a perfect spot for family relaxation after touring. Proximity to major attractions was a bonus, and free parking was a welcomed surprise. interactions with certain staff members fell flat. I encountered some rudeness and lack of empathy that soured the experience. The pet policy generated noise and odors that disrupted tranquility. Breakfast could use variety, especially for longer stays. Despite the highlights, the inconsistency in service and atmosphere left me hesitant about a return visit. A little care can go a long way in hospitality.

The breakfast served each morning offers a decent selection to kickstart the day. The indoor pool is a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring and the staff, while a mixed bag, had some shining stars who were genuinely friendly.
The overall friendliness of the staff could really use some work.

The staff here bends over backwards for your comfort. Had a real blast at the music clubs nearby. The breakfast is a gastronomic journey not to be missed.
Oh, I just loved sitting on unsuitable furniture for breakfast. So chic and comfortable!

I chose La Quinta for its convenient location near Memphis sights and sounds of historic Beale Street, and I was pleasantly surprised by the signature FREE hot Bright Side Breakfast and helpful customer service agents.
Extremely unsafe and unsecure.

The room was practical and comfortable, with a great breakfast selection. However, the housekeeping forgot to replace towels, and the chemical smell in the hallways was too strong. Overall I think I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, just a quick 10-minute walk to Beale Street and close to the Redbirds stadium. Secure free parking was a plus, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying, getting me ready for my business meetings.
The bedding appeared worn and could use an upgrade, and the open internet access raised security concerns.

It was so convenient to have this available as we needed to freshen up our clothes after traveling. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and we enjoyed starting our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. On the downside, the lack of a terrace or balcony was a bit disappointing. We would have loved to have a little outdoor space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. we found the lack of shops or commercial services on-site to be inconvenient. It would have been helpful to have easy access to essentials without having to leave the hotel. Another small area that could use improvement is the AM/FM alarm clock provided in the room. It was a bit dated and difficult to set, leading to some confusion in the mornings. the laundry facilities were a bit limited, and we had to wait to use them due to high demand. The helpful staff and clean, comfortable room made for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful boutique-style hotel in Memphis. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a waffle maker and a wide variety of options. We loved the local scenes and murals in the lobby, which added a unique touch. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions, such as Beale Street.
The noise from a car blasting music outside our window on one night was disruptive and affected our sleep.

Had the best sleep in years! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and the seating area was cozy. Convenient location within walking distance to downtown and the stadium. Our room had a view of the car, which was reassuring. The value for money was excellent.
The staff, except for one individual, lacked friendliness. The scrambled eggs could use some seasoning and better cooking.

we had a lovely stay at la quinta in the heart of the city. the room was spacious, clean, and inviting, and the staff was extremely pleasant. the indoor pool, smart lobby, and good breakfast choice made our stay convenient and enjoyable. the location was quieter, which we appreciated, and it was just a 10-minute stroll to beale street or sun studio. overall, a good price for the area and we highly recommend it.
Nothing could have been better! 😊
